Are your pieces handmade?

Yes. Every item is crafted in my Perth home studio. Many pieces begin in a mold, but each one is hand‑finished, refined, painted, and detailed individually.

How long does it take to process my order?

Processing time is 7–14 business days as each piece is made to order.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. I currently ship within Australia only.

Do you accept returns?

I accept returns for damaged or faulty items only. 

Change‑of‑mind returns are not accepted.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

Do your products look exactly like the photos?

Each piece is handmade, so small variations are normal and part of the charm.

Do you offer custom orders?

Not at the moment. I may offer custom pieces in the future.
